- Client must hold a valid major credit card. Credit card deposits for rented car, NWE & fuel are requested at the spot before the commencement of the rental.
- Each driver must present a driving licence issued at least one year before start of a rental. The driving licence must be valid in Poland.
- USA driving licence holders should have a valid International Driving License.
- Renters minimum age is 21 years for groups A, B; 25 years for groups C, D.
- All vehicles are supplied with a full petrol tank and Renter must pay for the missing petrol at the end of the rental. It is Renter's responsibility to refuel with the proper type of petrol.
- Non waivable Excess - NWE/ in case of damage or theft to the rented car amounts to EUR for A,B group 256,20 /incl.VAT/, C,D group 597,80 /incl.VAT/. Non waiveable excess may be waved (except for theft) upon the purchase of SCDR (Super Collision Damage Reduction) offered by National: SCDR A,B - 9,76 EURO daily, SCDR C,D - 12,20 EURO daily
- Car delivery / collection to any HOTEL within City Limits where National Poland operated - free of charge.
- National one - way rentals are available on request between National Poland's outlets, one way charges 61EUR - minimum rental period 3 days.
- Car delivery /collection to/ from other cities within Poland 0,62 EUR /incl.VAT/ per 1 kilometre.
- International one - way rentals are available on request at drop off charges 1,24 EUR /incl. VAT/ per 1 kilometre - minimum rental 7 days.
- Drop off hour fee-21 EUR /incl. VAT/.
- Child seat fee-2,80 EUR per 1 day, not more than 28 EUR/incl. VAT/.
- Additional driver fee-2,80 EUR /incl. VAT/ not more than 28 EUR/incl. VAT/.
- Renter must have an National Poland permission to travel outside Poland.
- Restrictions: cars many not enter into Former Soviet Union, Albania, Greece, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria and Succession States of Yugoslavia.
- Cross border policy to another countries : special insurance document must be purchased, so information regarding cross border has to be sent to National Poland together with reservation. Additional cost for "green card insurance" depends on car group and rental period. In case of travel outside Poland there is limited mileage apply.
- Some types of vehicles may not be available at every station of National Poland.
- Booking conditions: car groups A,B,C&D - on request. Confirmations are made only for car groups, not specified models.
