- Client must hold a valid major credit card. Credit card deposits for rented car, NWE & fuel are requested at the spot before the commencement of the rental.
- Each driver must present a driving licence issued at least one year before start of a rental. The driving licence must be valid in Poland.
- USA driving licence holders should have a valid International Driving License.
- Renters minimum age is 21 years for groups A, B, C; 25 years for groups D, E, F, F+; 27 years for groups G, P.
- All vehicles are supplied with a full petrol tank and Renter must pay for the missing petrol at the end of the rental. It is Renter's responsibility to refuel with the proper type of petrol.
- Non waivable Excess - NWE/ in case of damage or theft to the rented car amounts to EURO for A,B group 393,60 /incl.VAT/, C group 676,50 /incl.VAT/, D,E,F group 799,50 /incl.VAT/, F+ group 1059,03 /incl.VAT/, G group 1168,50 /incl.VAT/, P group 1664,19 /incl.VAT/. Non waiveable excess may be waved (except for theft) upon the purchase of SCDR (Super Collision Damage Reduction) offered by National: SCDR A,B,C - 9,84 EURO daily, SCDR D,E,F - 12,30 EURO daily, SCDR F+ - 15,30 EURO daily, SCDR G - 18,45 EURO daily, SCDR P - 18,45 EURO daily.
- Car delivery / collection to any HOTEL within City Limits where National Poland operated - free of charge.
- National one - way rentals are available on request between National Poland's outlets, one way charges 61,50 EURO - minimum rental period 3 days.
- Car delivery /collection to/ from other cities within Poland 0,63 EURO /incl.VAT/ per 1 kilometre.
- International one - way rentals are available on request at drop off charges 1,25 EURO /incl. VAT/ per 1 kilometre - minimum rental 7 days.
- Drop off hour fee - 21,17 EURO /incl. VAT/.
- Child seat fee- 2,85 EURO per 1 day, not more than 28,50 EURO /incl. VAT/.
- Additional driver fee- 2,85 EURO /incl. VAT/ not more than 28,50 EURO /incl. VAT/.
- Mobile GPS set fee- 8,61 EURO /incl. VAT/ not more than 86,10 EURO /incl. VAT/.
- Renter must have an National Poland permission to travel outside Poland.
- Restrictions: cars many not enter into Former Soviet Union, Albania, Greece, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria and Succession States of Yugoslavia.
- Cars are NOT permitted to be driven into: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Turkey, Romania, Serbia & Montenegro, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Russia. Green Card insurance is included with normal insurance and no longer required to be purchased separately for EU contries as well as Switzerland, Norway and Iceland , Faroe Islands, Monaco, San Marino, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein . A kilometer limitation is also applied for travel outside Poland of 220 kilometers per day.
